We build our boats with the highest quality composite materials and specific processes for each component.
Our designs result in boats with simple lines, minimal displacement and minimal wet surface.
Reduced weight means efficiency to include all the elements of comfort and equipment comparable to those of large cruise ships. It is necessary to reduce the weight as much as possible during the construction process. From a technical point of view, the composite materials used must be incredibly light. This is why it is essential to use construction.
Techniques and materials that are only used for highly competitive boats.
The vacuum infusion resin impregnation system is used for the construction of 100% of the components of our boats; hull, deck and cockpit: fiberglass and carbon, uni and bidirectional with divinycell core foam and epoxy resin with oven curing, this resin is 5 times more expensive, but 30% more rigid and 2 times stronger that the resins of polyester used on most cruise ships and catamarans.
The fuel and water tanks are formed in the hulls, taking advantage of all the space. The doors, floors and furniture in general are built with the same system. Kiri wood finish details, impregnated with Epoxy glass. The sandwich construction multiplies the mechanical efficiency; in addition, as an additional benefit, the system results in great thermo-acoustic insulation
